Umpires Decision Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Our Umpires Decision wines are deliciously fresh, quality wines you can enjoy now. The “Umpire” decides whether the fruit comes from our own vineyards or from other premium regions. Whatever the source, Umpires Decision wines are made with the same commitment to quality Indigo Vineyard wines are known for. 

Our aim was to produce an easy drinking, softer style Cabernet and this wine hits the target. Its dense colour belies the medium weight which is apparent on the palate. It maintains strong but not overpowering fruit flavours and soft tannins.
