Paddock to Plate Long Lunch

Think of hearty pork Cassoulet and slow roasts. All richly flavoured dishes so well suited to red wines and winter.

We'll be using Indigo Vineyard pork and lamb in a variety of ways as well as some of the great local farmgate produce the Beechworth region does so well. We've stocked up on so many local ingredients this season, from saffron, trout & Jerusalem artichokes, to mushroom to walnuts.  And we'll be using them especially for these lunches.

 This Long Table lunch will feature 3 courses of shared platters: a lighter selection to start, a hearty range for the main course and local cheese and dessert to finish. 

 We'll also provide a taste of 3 of our favourite winter red wines for you to choose something to drink with lunch or purchase a few to take home.
