Cabernet Sauvignon is a grape variety that we've grown ever since the start of Indigo Vineyard. Sometimes blended with its 'friends' - Merlot and Petit Verdot amongst others, it makes some of the worlds great wines. As well as our current wines, we will have some older wines from our museum and wines from other regions to compare.

At Indigo Vineyard, we grow great wine and great lamb.
 Today's 2 course menu is designed to compliment Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet blends; think slow roasts and winter veg. If you're attending the Explore Cabernet tasting, why not stay for lunch as well?  You will have tasted a range of reds, so you can choose something to drink with lunch, or something to take home.
Pescatarian and Vegetarian can be catered for. Please leave note at booking.
