2014 Secret Village Viogner
Secret Village wines are selected from the best blocks and the best barrels. Always very small production and only released when we believe the wine is outstanding.
Viognier is native to the Rhone Valley and its key feature is its aromas. Apricot and peach characters feature. Using old oak gives texture to the palate. Lovely long mouthfeel without apricots taking over.

Reviews
James Halliday: Simon Steele did a very neat job with this wine, capturing apricot, peach and even a hint of fresh ginger, yet altogether avoiding phenolics. Drink 2020
